Kiaro inTouch – a new way of viewing your contacts and schedule.

Kiaro inTouch allows you to arrange your contacts in groups using only your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. You can quickly send an email or text message to the entire group, or a single contact. Social-networking is only a touch away with the six Speed Touches per group. Each Speed Touch can be set to call the user’s cell, work or home number, access his or her social networking pages, or schedule an appointment using the integrated scheduler. The scheduler provide an uncluttered view of your to do list without cutting back on functionality. Pop-up reminders help ensure that you stay on top of your schedule.

The following is a partial list of Kiaro inTouch’s features:

• place contacts in groups directly on your device
• send texts and emails to an entire group
• add or delete groups as needed
• add or delete contacts in each group
• copy or move contacts between groups
• user-programmed Speed Touches provide one-touch access to place calls, send texts and emails, schedule appointments, access social networking, etc.
• launch other apps from within Kiaro inTouch to access social networking, send texts or place long-distance calls
• six customizable Speed Touches per group
• media folder for each contact’s pictures, videos, audio and text notes
• automatically formats phone numbers for supported countries
• 14 user-customizable fields per contact
• age and marriage length automatically calculated
• birthday and anniversary reminders automatically added to scheduler, if desired
• uncluttered view of your schedule with one-touch access to major functions, such as priority and status
• reminders pop up at a user-set period before actual appointment time
• easily add repeating reminders, from daily to yearly
• use folders to further organize your contacts and schedules. Folders hold your grouped contacts and schedules and all information pertaining to them. For example, Work, Home and Properties can all be folders.
• add a passcode to protect your information
• import your existing contacts and then group them as needed by moving or copying them in to the groups that you created. This can all be done from within Kiaro inTouch without using iTunes
• consult the built-in, extensive User’s Guide for quick clarification on any feature

The next version, due late January, will feature folder archiving and restoring and a few other goodies.
